Purpose: To advise agents that Yahoo Member Center will have a revised web page.
Effective Date: Tuesday, April 13, 2010
Who: Tier 1 (DSL Agents)
Contact: For additional information or questions, please contact Glenn Thornton at gt3864@att.com.
Details: Starting on Monday, April 12th customers will notice that their Yahoo Member Center web page will look differently (see below old and new web page in red). Customer will still have access to same information (Member Center Home, My Account & Billing, Products and Services, Help and Support). And functionality. The only difference is a in the layout of the page going from 4 tab view to a 1 tab view.
