Details: This FYI is to inform all service agents there is an open defect (AOTS 121946971) concerning the RTM Customer Portal SOEG Due Date not matching the date in SOEG. This defect is in the process of being remedied. This FYI is also being sent out to remind service agents that if they find a discrepancy between Siebel RTM and SOEG regarding pending provisioning dates that they should rely on the SOEG date.
