Purpose: To advise agents of an update to the verbiage of TACR!FT scripting
Effective Date: April 12, 2010

Details:
Currently when agents handle most types of calls, the process flows indicate what scripting agents should provide to the customer during the closing of those calls. Effective immediately, this scripting has been updated to reflect the most recent approved verbiage related to TACR!FT surveys.

The agent will now provide the following to the customer when closing the appropriate call types:

“Mr./Ms. ________, it's important to me that you are very satisfied with my customer service. You may receive an email survey at your primary AT&T email address requesting that you rate the service I delivered today. Thank you for choosing AT&T where we value your business”
