new: How to Handle Worldnet Customer Inquires after Worldnet Shuts down 4/2/10
Date: April 2, 2010
Purpose: To advise DSL agents how to handle calls from Worldnet customers when Worldnet Service shuts down.
Effective Date: Immediately
Who: Tier 1 (DSL Agents)
Contact: For additional information or questions, please contact Glenn Thornton at gt3864@att.com.
Details:
• "BAU" through April 13
• For the period of April 5 through April 13, we will begin suspending non-migrated Worldnet accounts.
• For the period of April 13 through June 15.... Worldnet Service is shut down.
• Worldnet agents will continue to provide Worldnet related Billing Support through June 15th.
• For the period of June 16 and beyond: AT&T World Net Care ends.
Related Processes: BOSS FAQ’s will be updated by 4/7/10 and Post-migration customer calls they should be handled BAU per process flows.
